Caroline Danna MSN, RN became a Registered Nurse in 2012. Since then, she has had over a decade of experience hiring nurses. Caroline has held positions in nursing recruitment as a Hospital Nurse Recruiter as well as Travel Nurse Recruiter. She also has years of experience in Nurse Management roles at both a large level I trauma center and small community hospital. Caroline managed all nursing hires within her respective units while in nursing leadership. Her true passion is coaching nurses as they advance their careers and grow professionally.

Caroline's Nurse Coaching business was created in early 2024 after Caroline recognized that New Graduate Nurses  had little career support. After years of experience hiring new graduate nurses, it was evident that many had not been properly prepared for the application and interview process. Determined to empower nurses to feel confident in their career opportunities, Caroline created multiple online resources and courses as well as starting coaching one on one.

On a personal note, Caroline lives along the shoreline in Connecticut with her husband, three children and small dog. She enjoys family time, running long distance, listening to motivational and education podcasts as well as reading anything inspirational. Her goal is to continually level up in all aspects of her life while helping you do the same in your nursing career!
