This business was created by Caroline Danna MSN, RN, a former Nurse Manager and Recruiter. After years of experience in applicant facing hiring positions, it was evident to Caroline that nurses, especially new graduates, needed additional resources and tools to properly prepare for the application and job search process. Taking real experiences and knowledge from hundreds, if not thousands, of nurse interviews, Caroline has created tools and coaching services to properly prepare new nurses for the first step in their career as a nurse.
